There are few people left who have the strenght to innovate, because of everything -starting with the education imparted by family, school, religion, the corporate world - tries to inhibit the creative energy that each of us is born with. There is always someone who is afraid of that energy because he realizes that it generates new ideas - diferent ideas. The person who has nothing to fear knows that true creativity is always disturbing and subversive and that conformism is always its worst enemy.

Humanity is divided in two classes: the creative and the non-creative people; humans and the sub-humans.
Today the world, created by creative people, is managed by non-creative people, for whom, the risk of creativity, evokes unpleasant reminders of youthful defeats and deluded aspirations.
The non-creative people that manage the communication in the name of power they represent, stop any creative process and level to mediocrity any idea that is not sufficiently stupid to produce conformity.

diversity

Creativity has one great need: to tell of man's infinite colors, secrets and activities -and also his prejudices, limits and fears.
Creativity is the search for a new point of view, in the awareness that a standard language or a single, dominant culture is not necessarily truth.

innovation
We have to pay heed to the findings of market research, and study them in depth because only by doing the exact contrary of what they indicate can we finally produce something that is new.
Today, communication concepts, ideas, screenplays, advertising campaigns, fashion, arts, are conceived by market researchers, and by levels upon levels of managers who make sure the result is banal and stupid enough to satisfy the public that they call the Target -the minimum common denominator of the market and society.

consensus

The world of communication is conditioned by an obsessive search of consensus, in the false belief that consensus is success. Fear of failure always produces mediocrity, because the chosen solution will always be the least risky and the most banal one.
